Erina Ponzini

Overview

Erina is Of Counsel to the Firm in our Real Estate - Commercial and Residential practice group.  She is located in our New York office.

Erina is extremely active in residential and commercial real estate matters.  She represents buyers and sellers and landlords and tenants from New York to Connecticut in residential (condos, coops, existing homes and new construction), commercial property transactions, land sales, 1031 Exchanges and the purchase or sale of air rights in connection with commercial development.  She also advices both landlords and tenants in lease transactions and disputes.  Erina works closely with, and has an extensive network of,  local realtors and nationwide lenders.

Erina also represents banks and other lenders in financing  properties.  She represents tenants and landlords in lease transactions, and borrowers and lenders in real estate foreclosure proceedings.
