Kathleen Stafford

Overview

Kathleen Stafford is Of Counsel to the Firm in our Litigation Department. She is located in our New York Office.

Kathleen has represented corporations and individuals in a wide range of civil litigation matters before federal and state courts. She is experienced in managing complex commercial disputes, acting as trial attorney and conducting internal and external investigations and depositions.

Kathleen’s practice focuses on commercial disputes and tortious acts and includes areas of general liability, contractual disputes, sexual harassment, medical and professional malpractice, real estate, and landlord/tenant disputes. She has also actively handled construction disputes, labor law and personal injury matters representing both plaintiff and defense sides.

Kathleen is a Member of the New York State Bar.
