Crath Miller & Xistris has a different approach than BigLaw. We seek to innovate the traditional ways of practicing law and are driven to be at the forefront of addressing important changes in the legal profession.
Our lawyers are experienced transactional lawyers who worked at BigLaw and think there are many ways to practice law while supporting our clients’ traditional businesses and emerging companies. We do not maintain the traditional internal stratification most firms subject themselves to nor require their significant overhead structure. This approach allows us to deliver to our clients simple, actionable approaches to their most complex legal and business challenges with greater efficiency and significantly less cost while still supporting every client relationship with intellectual agility, commercial acumen and a human touch.
